Years of working in Photoshop have given me the experience to handle tough restoration work like this. The original photo was damaged in the worst place possible, right through the face.

This is a damaged hand tinted photograph. The paint that was used for tinting had formed clumps on the surface of the photograph and as you can see there is some damage to the photograph.
Here is the photograph restored with the tears and stains removed.
The customer wanted to have me tint their clothes to get more of a colored photograph look.
